Payment and confirmation
After the booking and payment process, Museum Affairs will send you a confirmation. Please bring this ticket in digital or printed form. The ticket is only valid on/at the designated date and time. In order to make the tour as smooth as possible, please consider the following:

Assembly point
We assemble at the 'I Amsterdam' artwork on the Museumplein. The guide will carry a recognizable 'Museum Affairs' sign.

Assembly time
Please assemble at least ten minutes before the start of the tour.

|
Belongings
Backpacks, large bags and umbrellas are not allowed in both museums. You can leave your belongings in the cloakroom.

|
Photographs
Photography is not permitted in the Van Gogh Museum. In the Rijksmuseum you are free to take pictures.
